From purely mechanical through electronically monitored to sophisticated motor-driven numbering boxes, Zeiser provides the full range for mechanical embossing of security documents such as banknotes, passports, tax stamps, visa stickers and much more. Numbering boxes from Zeiser deliver very high print quality and are highly flexible in terms of their use of inks and their security features. Using UV fluorescence and the magnetic particles of the MICR ink, we make sure that, when the paper surface is embossed, the number is imprinted into the paper surface in a way that is unique, cannot be tampered with and cannot be removed. You have the choice between sequential or random numbering.

PERFECT PRINTING WITH DROP-ON-DEMAND TECHNOLOGY

Printing is essential. From Zeiser, you get perfect printing with drop-on-demand technology. Our low-maintenance piezo printers use the inverse piezoelectric effect to deliver printing ink in a very targeted manner and as droplets onto the printed objects, whether passports, security labels, security bags, lottery tickets, other tickets, visa stickers or other items. Security documents UV-curable inks are mainly used, as they adhere very well to the various materials. The ink dries and cures completely directly after printing using one of our Sereno UV dryers. The benefits of our Zeiser inkjet technology are the high resolution, short warm-up times and ease of cleaning. That means they are quickly ready for operation, the printing is excellent and the maintenance requirements are low. Short down times, fast product changes coupled with great flexibility and excellent results make Zeiser inkjet technology a truly convincing choice.

Whether you are looking for a simple matrix camera, you need an accurate line scan camera, or you require a high-precision Scanbar camera with Contact Image Sensor (CIS), Zeiser has them all. Depending on the requirement. If you only need small amounts of data, such as to capture one or more image sections or individual products such as banknotes or labels or you are only analyzing numbers, 1D and 2D codes and only measuring elements or recognizing patterns (seals, signatures, or other features), then the Matrix camera is ideal for you – and more cost-effective. For complete sheets or paper webs, such as used to produce tax stamps, lottery tickets, other tickets and other security documents that require analysis of multiple features and graphic elements, we recommend the Zeiser line scan camera. And for banknotes, there is only one chose: the Scanbar – a camera that can inspect all the banknotes on a sheet with up to nine regions of interest (ROI).

ONE CONTROLLER FOR ALL ZEISER TECHNOLOGIES

For your applications, do you need more than just IMPACT, INKJET or INSPECTION – do you need all three technologies? Then we recommend our Zeiser controller on top. The central controller is for INTEGRATION and is the link between all our solutions. The interface handles reliable data processing and accurate product control in real time – even at high speeds – with ease. Because it outputs ready and error signals, controls product switches and delivery, handles user-level control and generates production data (log files) quickly and easily. The controller is the central interface between the machine and our technologies. You upload the production data directly from your files or via a network interface. On request, we can also provide you with the right transport machine for sheets and rolls.

And how do you keep track? Of all your data? Of multiple machines? We provide a flexible interface, a database system for product tracking, production reports and quality statistics and double production verification for this purpose. The Zeiser IDENTIFICATION database is the cross-machine interface to your ERP system. So you are always ready to assess and analyze your production data. The flexible and modular system architecture can be combined with our ZEISER controller and with our IMPACT, INKJET and INSPECTION technologies. The system configuration is custom and targeted, designed exactly for your needs to ensure a reliable, inspected and traceable work process.
